School Family enrollment occurs in January of each year. Currently enrolled students will have first priority. Every effort will be made to accommodate the placement of all currently enrolled children during this time. Enrollment forms can only be processed if financial accounts are current. Open enrollment begins the end of January for other students in the community. Openings are limited to the approved classroom ratio. All registration information for the following school year will be given out in January of each school year. Children currently enrolled in our preschool will have first priority for placement into the elementary school. The number of classes and age groupings will be determined at the school’s discretion. Winchester Academy has a strong desire to see that young people have an opportunity to receive a Christian education, but at the present stage of development the school is unable to adequately meet the needs of students with the following concerns: Serious emotional or behavioral problems, a physical handicap or other issues that would impair the learning process.
