- Review the lunch menu and the click on the ORDER link. If the link does not work with your email program, you can send an email using rheironimus@winchesteracademy.org.
- Type in your name, your child’s name, payment information, what they will be ordering, drink selection and the date “lunch 3/15/09”.
- Orders can be made for the entire month that is posted, or (at the latest) orders can be made by 8pm the night before.
- All payments are due by Friday of the week they are served.
Lunches are $3.65 for each lunch.

Credit card orders, checks, and cash are available payment options. Card numbers can be placed in the order link or called in to the main office 540-542-1100. Parents paying by credit card will be able to have their card on file for future orders. Statements will be sent at the end of the month.
If paying by cash or check then it should be placed in the lunch order payment box in Campus I (preschool building)
Payments not received by Friday of the week served will result in no further orders being accepted until payment is received.
